No proper adventurer's toolkit can be complete without the ability to communicate using Morse code, and the ability to understand Latin. What more can you ask for once you can translate archaic texts and speak using a flashlight?
Prepared for anything? I'd say so, dammit.
Morse code and Latin. I'm working on the former right now. I know ten letters at this moment, and can spell things like "tin ear" and "toss me."
My eight year old self is beaming with pride. I suddenly need to build a tree fort very, very badly.
